Andrew Armour is a media industry and marketing professional who specialises in the management of collaborative partnerships and innovation.He is the founder and Managing Director of Benchstone Limited, a London-based consultancy that helps brands and senior managers to plan, pioneer and sharpen their  marketing partnership initiatives.  As a marketing adviser and interim, he has consulted to and built marketing workshops & programmes for; The AA, Powwownow, 4CM, Versatile Connections (JiWire, London 2012) and IP Integration. He is also a Module Leader on the BA Music Business at Tech Music School in London and a guest Tutor and MBA workshop leader at Henley Business School and Krems University in Vienna.

Andrew has a rich history of developing innovative marketing campaigns and projects. He was the Licensing Manager for the America’s Cup, developed and launched a three day TV show and over twenty years he has secured millions of pounds worth of partnership deals on behalf of media owners, sponsors, agencies, clients, and publishers

His career began in the entertainment industry – licensing IP rights on behalf of music, television and film producers in the UK and internationally, working with MCPS/PRS, TVNZ and Walt Disney.  This was followed by seven years in agency account management; winning pitches and running major FMCG and B2B promotions, serving as Senior Account Director for brands such as Kleenex and Nestle. And for five years he pioneered and managed print and digital content deals at Yell.com – sourcing powerful alliances across industry, government and media.

Andrew was educated at Bournemouth University, Auckland Business School and Henley Business School and holds degrees in both Law and Marketing. He is also a Fellow of The Royal Society of Arts and Commerce (The RSA). When not working,  he satsifies his media addiction with interests in history, travel, comedy – and Forteana. He is married to Viv, lives in Hampshire and is based at Adam Street Club, The Strand, in London.
